Digital Marmalade developed a mobile app for King’s College London’s Mindfulness for Adolescents and Carers (MAC) programme, delivering a digital companion to support mindfulness-based cognitive therapy for 15-18-year-olds and their carers. Built using Flutter, the app offers personalised features, guided meditations, and progressive content, enhancing engagement and extending mindfulness practice beyond structured therapy sessions.
