Fusion's brand new survey tool
Fusion Lifestyle now has a brand new addition to its ever evolving and flexible online leisure management system – a customer survey tool.
Initially conceived for Southwark Council’s Free Swim and Gym application form, it replaces an outdated Dotmailer version that did not correctly process and save the customer information.
We worked with Fusion to deliver a survey engine that had the flexibility to build bespoke surveys and application forms ad hoc that could be deployed anywhere across all facilities and activities within its 100 plus centre network.
As is generally the case with good design the system is deceptively simple to use but complicated in the background. The planning process involved researching multiple questionnaires and surveys to establish the required question and answer type variables to cover as many scenarios as possible within the scope of the project.
We then had to facilitate validation, required and optional fields, grouped or sets of answers, survey branding, tailored feedback messages and emails, and reporting.
For the survey manager, building a survey is as easy as entering some primary information, selecting the relevant centres, and then adding your survey sections and questions.
Once complete, the survey results are saved for reporting, the customer receives an email, as does the centre, and they are automatically added to Fusion’s member management system, MRM.
The next phase for the survey tool is complicated conditional questioning, which will be added soon.
